l1vEneeuQ Posted April 17, 2022 #1 Posted April 17, 2022 ☣️What a FUN Day - Lost my Balance without /before actually starting to Play☣️ Im am close to Platinum V - simply stating this as it is an indicator that i know my way around, i dont encounter "suprises", or accidently click or do stuff by accident. I am on OS Catalina - and for maybe 2-3 months all NETENT slots are completly unplayable for me and all "behave the exact same way when trying to enter one". 1. You get your NETEN loading Screen 2. The second screen is always the "Welcome site " - and then you have the checkbox " Dont show Welcome screen or whatever" AND THATS AS FAR AS I CAN GO 3. Even so i see my mouse and click the box - it seems to ignore it, i can NEVER "Check" the box as normal and then get forwarded to the actual slot - NEVER. To be fair i simply accepted that mildly annoying bug/Safari/whatever issue since NETENT was one of my least favourite Providers anyway. AND THEN THIS HAPPENED TODAY - Something that simply is impossible to happen - if simply for the fact THAT I CANT GET PASS WELCOME SCREEn 1. I Click trough slots - my eye falls on "Jack and the Beanstack" - hey maybe NETENT fixed he issue. 2. NETENT loads - Welcome screen - i try to check the box - nothing happens and so i switch to Main Lobby - as i did 100s of times before - hey it was worth a try. But this time - i was suprised with the fun fact that 90% of my Funds are not shown anymore - so i presumed its just a graphical clitch and reloged to a mirror expecting it to display my " Real " balance again - which it did not ( the amount shown is around 1/60th of the amount that i deposited shortly before and did not even spin once with it. 4. So next step - where is my money - logically i go to bets - AND LOW AND BEHOLD - the last bet shown is a MAX BET - 1 Spin on " Jack and the Beanstack" 5. .... Which i know HAS to be some sort of mistake - since i was NEVER able to get passed the Welcome Site - therefore i was never in the actual slot - so making this bet would have 100% absolut impossible for me. These are the steps that i took just minutes after the alleged "Max Bet" Contacted VIP Support ( or the Backup since Bojana was on Holiday) -> VIP Support redirected me to General support since they handle bugs/technical issues -> i stated my case but as you migh have heard - proofing a negative ( in this case proofing that i DID NOT place this bet is logical impossible. First Reply by Support " Hi there. From what we can see, you are the one who made that bet, our system is not able to make bets by itself." My response obviously pointing out that there is exactly 0% Chance of that statement being correct - because the "Bug" whatever made it impossible to go further then the Welcome Page. Second Reply Support " It looks like you were able to get into the game and make a spin. Third Reply Support "Give me a few more moments to check your bet with our developers team." I have to say i was positively suprised that he was willing to contact Tech Support & and at this point i was 100% sure that i would get my money back / bonus code - I mean i KNOW that every word i said was 100% truthful - and since Tech Support are the guys that can look behind the curtain - they would collaborate my Story and in fact there seems to be something/anything irregular with the locked Bet. Well as you can guess - my next replys were a little bite more emotional - since this had to be a joke - i KNOW - that its LITERAL impossible for me to have placed that bet since i couldnt even enter the Game - but Support telling me " Hey, whatever - accept it - or not, " ..... Well i also know that the chance of this Thread staying alive longer than 1h is probably slim to none - but i simply cant just accept this outcome - for one simple reason - IT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED - AND either i had a stroke or Stake just plain out stole my Money !!!!

Fact is that stake apparently registered me making a Max Bet spin ( this alone is a thing i never did even once ever before in my millions of spins ) The amount is not much higher than my Daily reup - which should tell you that its a principle thing. And i even hate to have to write this in the forum here, but since support said " If our system says you did it, then you did it - end of discussion " Sorry but thats not something that i accept in a case where (as said above multiple times ) I WASNT EVEN IN THE GAME ! Edit: BTW this whole issue with NETENT slots loading to the Welcome Screen and then bugging out / not letting me tick the box started happening when Safari upgraded to 15.3 for me, so just a few weeks/months ago.

And by clicking in the checkbox or other place a spin was triggered in the image below (the main game). However, it is widely known that NetEnt optimizes its games exclusively for Chrome. So Safari may not be the best choice.

I mean talking about " luck" - 1. Shitty Slot Provider - who is too cheap to get 1 average skilled front-end coder 2. Slot appears to be frozen but in fact your mouse clicks interact with an invisible Slot 3. Managing not just to click " Spin" ( which is already quite small compared to the whole Screen ) - But apparently i managed to click the ABSOLUT MOFO combination of two buttons MAX BET & SPIN .... so who is at fault here ? Maybe my logical approach is clouded since i am the affected party but there are 3 Parties involved :The Player / The Slot Provider / Stake.com / In my Opinion NETENT is at fault since they seem unable to provide a fully functional slot machine - no matter which browser the customer uses. + Stake is at fault - because they hosted a faulty /buggy slot-machine and defrauded at least one of their customer. But somehow stake seems to conclude that i am not just the victim but also have to accept the loss since i technically " placed the bet" - I wasnt even offered a 10$ kiddy code or sth - you know " Sorry but here take some candy" I will stop with this now, because i could go on and on - Support has hundreds of Bonus-Codes & are even encouraged to offer them as " Sorry, hope this helps" This is how customer support exited the chat btw - classy with a GIF ..... basically telling me to f### off

Each browser type uses a different integration of the HTML5 standard. Some fully support HTML5. Some partially. Others do well. And some others are just crappy coded. Chrome is known for offering the best integration of the HTML5 standard. And it's a lot of work for web designers to manage compatibility for all available browsers and standards. Besides, extensions like AdBlocker, NoScript, etc. might also rip off vital code that makes the game inoperable. A good example is using Brave Browser. It is based on Chrome. But by default, many security-related extensions are enabled. They could cause problems. I think Safari couldn't remove the welcome screen overlay and the main game was already running. And those clicks you made clicked through the overlay... accidentally hitting the Max Bet button. Happened to me too... hitting the max bet button. Sometimes shit just happens. I would say, almost every browser is good to browse the web. But for playing slots you may consider using Chrome only. And in this case I would blame Safari for the trouble you faced.

They think mistakes dont happen. They dont give two fucks. Does eddie pay them enough to keep them happy ? It’s actually mind boggling how support treats people but let train come into support i wont say what they’ll all do just know it involves KNEES. They can all hate me but im on here speaking the absolute TRUTH. I cant stand it man. But usually when you’re making millions a day you dont give a fuck about anyone else. Literally this is the ONLY complaint i have against stake its the support. Its the WORST in the business. 💯

However it is sadly as i predicted - that even so i invested time & energy into stating my case here + e.g. @randomcore even confirmed that it is in fact a html/coding/Provider Design bug ..... "Stake" didn`t even feel the need to respond in any way, not even by shutting down the thread... I have to say, somehow i expectd at least a standardized Email, a post or TG Msg from my "VIP Hostess" - ANYTHING - And combined with the whole "Easter Special BS Marketing stunt" - 4 Days later still not a single Statement etc. from Eddie... They just don`t give a shit ! There simply is no other way to phrase it. Great Job Stake 👍
