I suggest Binance. You'd encounter issues with coins.ph sooner or latter cause they don't allow transactions on online casinos. Just to save yourself from stress. I, myself , have like 50 xrp frozen on my coinsph account. They were asking me for documents that would need me to spend more than the value of 50 xrp so I did not waste time, effort and money on it.
