Hello I would like to start with the topic of rain in chat and how weak the rain bot system is. I will quote my story. Last week I had a weekly wager of $ 2-3k on average and I was still getting rain for 4 days with too low wager. But now, after I got a 5k wager, I haven't been getting anything for 5 days. Many people tested the rain for 25 people, even when there were only 20 people in the chat. The rain was given to 20 people, I should be the person of 21, because I met every condition for getting rain, that is: wager weekly over 4k $ + kyc2 + activity. Don't you find it strange? When I didn't meet the conditions, I got practically every rain, but if I meet the conditions, I get nothing.

This is actually a relevant issue , same story here , I have all the wager requirement  , level 2 + chat activity , but for 10 days now my received rain stopped completely , I even did a test with someone , where we basically went to challenges room , no one was there , he tryed raining but I wouldn't received it ,    I asked support , they don't want to look into it , so RIP rain system.

On mods view there are ticks to your names and they enable them (for friends)

I think Rainbot system sometimes bug when stake is lagging/DDOS the script not running good to implement the 4k wager and level 2 verify. .only my own opinion 😀

yea it happens to me aswell when me and my friend tested raining on challenge chat.. and it's for 2 ppl but the bot only recognize for 1 ppl (random guy on chall chat got it btw lul) then i tested one more try with different approach wagering.. and yeah i solved it :))

what do you mean by different approach wager ? how did you fix it ? I'm having the same problem for 11 days now , I'm way above the required wager

Something happens with the system because in all the rooms they are going through the same thing and the only room that falls every 5 to 10 minutes in one that I cannot mention and exaggerated of 7 usd minimum and 27 the high I feel that there is a bug They should all talk and check that because those who are staying with all the rains are bugeo When is he supposed to. Less people who wager much more (10,20,50,100,250k) can get multi rains. But this is nothing to them. 80 procent people who wager 1,2,3k can just watch and do nothing. So is in life. I wager some week 5k, next week 2k, i am not chasing rains. But my biggest rain was 40 bucks! Which is super i think. I made from 40 to 370 and cash out. GG to me. Wagered 10k$+ 4 weeks in a row. Havent seen rains too. So, dont cry about bonus system. Be happy that you have something like weekly and monthly. I think soon bonuses will be minimized to 10-20$ max/week. So enjoy.

Mysteriously, this problem appeared 7 days ago on my account with no solution. The last time it was 3 months of waiting. I'm tired of writing to support and they just copy and paste an answer that turns out to be false and is a lie.
