Usually if you want to change BTC in Dogecoin you need to go on an exchange, here there is no need of that anymore. Altcoin.io is a decentralized exchange, it's not centralized like Coinbase or Bittrex, meaning you cannot lose your coins through hardware failure, lost credentials, or other negligence. The interface is really designed for traders, it's clean and beautiful. Plus you can trade anonymously and securely. They will launch in early 2018. My opinion : Seem clean and I like the idea even if it's not the first project in the field. I have some concerns tho the team seem decent but no links to their social profiles & co. After some research they seem to have real linkedin & co (could me added quickly). they put logos of webistes who speak about them but no direct links. No big deal but some little easy things who could give a little more trust to users. For now you only can pre-register to the exchange. Which I recommend you to do, just in case too much people will rush on it when they'll open and they had to close registrations.
