Day 3 is when I noticed the tilt coming, if I kept playing and betting the way I was, I would have lost everything. I swore to myself I wasn't going to deposit anything I withdrew and I locked everything in coinbase so it wouldn't let me withdraw it immediately. I luckily have friends that helped me with this and made sure I kept my promise to myself.

Coinbase would be the absolute last place I would put a large amount of coin into. There are lots of different options for secure wallets that will let you lock up, or better yet, stake coins for a variety of different durations. But more importantly, it should be a wallet. “don’t own the keys, don’t own the coin”
