As you can see, as a Plat 1 player, i received only $8 @Steve @Edward @Dusan can you help me with this? Ill attach my stats from this month. stats updated (but still down): Something went really wrong with that , i need and explanation, because support isn't responding. Thanks

That being said, it seems like some human mistake to me, but it's EXTREMELY important to how do you wager. If you wager $50k only on stake exclusives, you will get a way worse bonus than someone who wagered the same amount on slots/sports.

I know the rules , and if you read at the bottom i already tried to contact support for the first option. This is wrong in every way possible

Just making sure you contacted them through live chat and not mail, they always reply quickly, and I'm not trying to play a part here, just personal experience. Even if you wager that only on stake exclusives, the $ lost on this month is insane and that bonus should be at least 20x bigger to me.

This site has gone so far downhill its an absolute joke
