It's a mistake that needs to be fixed and it's obvious, firstly all of you got the same amount $8 and secondly you all had wager and losses that would make your bonus 50x higher than what you got. They didn't just fuck you over though, pretty much everyone with high losses got nothing more. I bet I could have wagered the same amount this month with 10x less losses and got the same.

well maybe they look at which IP that is used to login to each account. tbh i dont know ho much info they have aand what they use to determine if you have multi accounts so hard to say but i am sure that support aare doing their best.

They cant proof anything, my account is level 2 verified, they just breakd there own TOS instead of just suspend these alt im apparently using ? bcs actually you sanction customers that have verified account. is it our fault if stake suck and they accepted fake id ? lmao no, next time hire better staff.
