I’m unable to play anymore,

I know i never get refund and never get back my life.

I don’t think so. @Edward doesn’t care that I ruined my life, so I went. from it the bank can take my house and we can get on the street with my 4 kids.

I believe that profit is first for all casinos and there is no humanity in them, but it is already rude.

how do you think they have so much money?

they take it from normal people who go into debt and ruin their lives , 

they physiologically manipulate you by paying streamers shit ton of money to show you that you could also win like them, but they dont show you and tell you how much they pay them each week so they can afford losing. 
 

be smart and dont gamble , there is still time to recover from this , life doesnt end here . You should learn and move on even though its hard. First week will be tough not to gamvle but it will get easier and u will eventually move on.

I promise you what u lost is gone, dont ever chase your loses. Move on . Just move forward and don’t look backwards.

self exclusion is just the start @laci020. Get help and speak to your loved ones. Do not let it remain inside. Addiction never goes away and you will need people around you to support you.

 

The shame and embarassment that you may feel having lost your money will feel relieved when you share your pain - make sure that you don't mix that relief with it's okay i am forgiven it wasn't so bad  etc. That can feel you are being enabled to gamble again.

It was your big mistake, trying to make money with gambling. Although some people succeed in this just due to a statistical inevitability, we should never count on ending up among those lucky gamblers. 

I wish you to find a good paying job, and gamble only for the fun of it, for your relaxation, and then, when relaxed, make even more money with your job.

it was fun for the first time, it became addictive after about 1 month and it lasted for more than 1 year.

 

I have a job, I have a family, but everything is in danger because I exaggerated it.

Its your fault for losing money, Owner has no heart why do you think he owns casino if he has one?

@laci020 i have looked at some of your previous posts. You have labelled them cheats and asked for your money back. It won't happen as others have said to you  in previous threads. 

 

You won't make a casino feel guilty. It is not about whether a person has a heart or not. it is purely business. I am 7k or thereabouts down here since Xmas but i understand the risks and gamble within my means. 

 

You NEED to face up to the consequences of your actions and stop hoping for some magical refund which will never happen.

He wont be pitted, he was man enough to say loudly his problem and suffering, pointed directly to how these sites work & sucks out peoples money.

Its never drama or tragedy when someone realize his mistake and quits whatever he was doing wrong and decide to leave it.
