hano25 Posted June 15, 2022 #26 Posted June 15, 2022 You are a responsable man/woman you should not blaim anyone losing your money this is gambling its for fun only ...if you got a maxwin you will never say that ....
thejunespirit Posted June 15, 2022 #27 Posted June 15, 2022 The sad reality is that gambling businesses make most of their profits from problem gamblers and by ruining lives. Some use more evil methods than others, some have far more regulation than others to prevent these ways. I still find it incredibly strange that Stake pushes the social element of the site given what they do. Ironic with my number of posts but they’re mostly critical. It’s good to see honest and real posts like this. Best thing you can do is admit your problem and seek help. There’s plenty of time to turn your life around. Sounds like you’re taking the right steps. All the best with it.
laci020 Posted June 15, 2022 Author #28 Posted June 15, 2022 Imagine I won 2x even max. I lost them all because I'm sick. The sad thing is that I was only playing to recoup the loss, not for fun This way you can accumulate even more losses. Be very careful. Dangerous
J-Dawg Posted June 15, 2022 #29 Posted June 15, 2022 However bad it seems, there are bright days ahead in the future. It will be hard at first but it will get better. And in grand scheme of things, it's a cheap lesson. Kids + health + no more monkey on the back. You gotta the knowledge relatively cheap. Education is expensive, and you are now phD level in experience of how twisted and predatory life can get. Apply your new knowledge to life, as you paid to have this new knowledge and experience. You can now live your best life and be your best self. No falling for traps anymore for you! And when you do get back on your feet, you'll be even wealthier and in no danger of sabotaging yourself You got this
Tadaaa11 Posted June 15, 2022 #30 Posted June 15, 2022 I'm so sorry. Gambling addiction is a very real, very powerful thing. Stake should take more initiative in giving it's players the tools to gamble responsibly. I sincerely hope things improve for you.

Unfortunately, indebtedness does not go away. I hope no one gets as deep as I do. It could be advertised in a few more places to play responsibly. @Edward

Some slot providers have this in their games, but it would be more useful built into the site. Stories like yours are heartbreaking, but sadly you aren't the first and won't be the last.
