Ghostnipple Posted June 16 Share #1 Posted June 16 (edited) The server seed hash below is taken directly from my bet archive. Stake's bet verifier refuses to unhash it 850cd9db096c86543d3de6df44fb3f1886016249420389dd2a114d68bb419c0f can anyone unhash this for me please? Ghostnipple Posted June 18 Author Share #6 Posted June 18 (edited) when I use an independent 3rd party affilliate site to verify it gives a different result t my archive. I was about to ask if someone can recommend a third party verification site online, but realized that moderators will ban players for posting links to other sites. If I can't verify on stake. and cant find an accurate site to verify Im left with no options. Edited June 18 by Ghostnipple
Chan168 Posted yesterday at 08:45 AM Share #7 Posted yesterday at 08:45 AM I know about that too bro. Even I talk to them they will only say shit about luck brah. I know they are doing something to your account. You know it will hit so you bet and they do something to it so they can take the money. Come on stake. Sooner or later everyone discover and will change the casino hahaha. But it’s fine for them they had enough already yah. J-Dawg

Yeah it's a first for me also. You can try it yourself if you like. Its taken directly from my archive. Is there a time limit on verification by any chance? 850cd9db096c86543d3de6df44fb3f1886016249420389dd2a114d68bb419c0f I presume a server seed hash can only be unhashed on the stake site or through the api perhaps
Community Manager AleksandarZ Posted yesterday at 10:27 AM Community Manager Share #12 Posted yesterday at 10:27 AM @Ghostnipple Yup, I tried and the same thing happened, and the same error comes out. ,,Is there a time limit on verification by any chance'' I’m not sure about that I just tried to unhash about a year-old bet and there was no problem

On any other third party the result should be the same

Ghostnipple Posted yesterday at 02:04 PM Author Share #17 Posted yesterday at 02:04 PM Eddie to the rescue. Unfortunately the support staff are forced to follow policy, whether they agree with it or not. They no longer have the authority to make discretionary decisions. It does appear that there is less carrot and more stick when it comes to kyc lately. I wonder are support paid a bonus for each player they get to KYC register. Tarrterr Posted yesterday at 02:25 PM Share #18 Posted yesterday at 02:25 PM Yeah it's unfortunate support is just a copy paste machine at this point. It would make sense with how much they push it. Anyway, hope you get your issue resolved, it would already be weird if that happened to just you, but every user on stake that tries to unhash your seed? dupeddonk Posted yesterday at 04:36 PM Share #20 Posted yesterday at 04:36 PM It's impossible to unhash a server seed. If you want to verify that the server seed was not changed after you set your seed you need 2 things: A) The hashed server seed provided before you set your seed. B) The actual server seed that is revealed after you change it. If you didn't keep track of these things then you can't verify the bet. To verify the server seed wasn't changed, hash A and then compare it to B. If it matches, then you know it wasn't changed.

But I don't see the point, what kind of suspicious activity can be done while you are using the probably fair games? Aren't they bullet proof? What was actually uros saying there?
