Scam or unsolved problem?

Hey stakers!
i wanted to be public with an issue most of the sports players must be facing.

Sportsbook doesn't show which matches will be covered and not covered during live, and after placing bet if match is not covered(Out of coverage), you will notice a "Cashout not available" option in your bet, which can also be referred to as scam, as in a way stake is taking away choice from players to minimise their loss. 
What do you people think about this?
My suggestion is, "Ask the sportsbook provider to give a warning prematch or in pre-live hours, so players can reciprocate accordingly and weigh risk vs benefit in this?"

EDIT, when you ask support to fix this, they show you some terms and conditions, which is understandable as they must cover all their bases, but what i think is this can be solved...

If there is a tv icon on the event that gives you the option to watch the broadcast usually they offer live odds. Not true for every event but something I’ve picked up on.

Maybe the important matches/sports/league have this option like nba, nfl, soccer european etc

Some sports have many options to bet prematch some doest, ex premier leagues have over 100 options to bet

Few days ago i bet on some basketball game from australia and i got my money after one hour the game finished and u tell me about cashout.

Stake its limited on sportbooks also the odds arent the best. These days u have only tenis and baseball weeked ufc.

This is not the only problem. I've noticed that odds higher than 3 on quick bets like tennis games get closed once they reach under 2 and open back if it gets back to 3+. I wished multiple times to cashout the profits, the markets stayed close until the game was lost or cashout dropped radically/less than one half.

There are multiple problems like this in stake, sportsbook, even admins just overlook these, as maybe even support team never cares enough to report for suggestion as improvement,
It's like, Support is instructed from seniors, " confine the players' shitty problems to support chat try best not to bother more team members" like bots. Even support hands are tied by seniors which is not only heart breaking for players but also just pointless to even open a support ticket, "Knowing it will be all bot-like copy paste replies every single time"

no offence, but these are the facts i have noticed here
