Evolution Gaming Mispay Error

Evolution Gaming refuses to pay me for a $210 100X that hit in one of many sessions I have played of Lightning Roulette.  Not sure what they are seeing on there end, but fortunately I was streaming on twitch & caught it. messaged them about it and even sent the video to Stake Tech Support and Live Support. They directed me back to evolution gaming who says it didn't hit 22 on their end. I have the clip but don't know If I can post it here or not

Did this happen a few hours ago?  They didn't tell you to wait for them to look into it?  Usually takes a while for this kind of thing.

If that does happen don't be mad as you are allowed to repost the topic and video without including your twitch name (crop the name out  and upload to another hosting site). Look at the better Clip @Gato posted, they paid out Number 18 instead of 22

 

If I had to guess Evolution is investigating it & is gonna fix it (4 Days realistically isnt that long of a time passing in between unfortunately), otherwise I'd be more than curious what they say happened.

Same....when I bet, it always open my opposite side and the result is natural 8 or 9. Sometime always open long player or banker sequence 😪

it happened on the 26th. I messaged them right after it happened. they said they would look into it and they said on their end it hit 18 and they were not able to click links for the clip I sent them to prove it hit 22 with 100x. they gave me a "case ID" number and told me to go to my casino's live support. this is what I got back from live support the 28th

It will probably get worked out in the end, hard to imagine any other outcome really, but quite unfortunate situation...

do you have the full recording of that session? if so clip the previous 5 spins and the following 5 spins.

the 5 that follow should be full of chat with mad players who have not been paid correctly. The previous 5 also include number 22 being the winning number which will then prove to stake you are not trying to defraud anyone for a measly $200 (measly in terms of what a casino makes profit wise).

Also should help to show that there is no lag issue or graphical glitch.

think we all agree here that you should have been paid out on that 22. Hopefully someone else here will have been playing at the same time and can help to strengthen your case. surely you cannot have been the only player affected!

Sadly you won’t get your money back. I had the same issue last month, not on lighting roulette but on speed roulette. The chat was going crazy. I was playing the section from 26 to 14. The ball hit 18, 22, 29, 12. All of them with 4eur on it. However, they didn’t credit me anything because it was an error. So I texted stake, they told me to open a case with the provider and well, let’s just say that in there system it did not show the last 4 spins that hit my section.

 

honestly you should be happy that it wasn’t a big hit. Imagine having 10min on a 1000x. Then it would be heart breaking.

 

sorry to hear that but I’m 90% sure they won’t give you your money back.

Listen, it's all manipulated so the outcome is whatever they like. They are never going to give you a fair game. That is casinos in the modern day.

These roulette tables are not real roulette tables, they know which number is going to land because they program that in. On this occasion, the number they programmed in, which I'm taking it was a 7, didn't land where they had programmed it due to a some sort of technical malfunction.

So for all intensive purposes, when they look at their books, it will say that a 7 landed. They don't keep video logs. So it's your word, against theirs, and they are neve ever ever going to admit being wrong.

Don't waste too much time trying to get blood out of a stone. See it as an eye opening experience to how this business actually operates.

That sucks.  I would try to get their attention on social media or any email I could find, and email [email protected] 

 

Make sure you just state the facts and don't come off like post #3, 10 or 20 in this thread. They probably get 99 rigtard complaints like these for every legitimate one like yours.

It happened with me with 150X on number 33 and the bet was over 200$.. I saw it so clearly landing at 33 and the outcome at the screen was number 4. 

The strange thing I've asked in the game chat and seems all other players said it was really 4 and also asked the live support and he assured me that he watched the replay and it was 4.. So it seems lagging in there servers or something I can't explain since I'm sure that my internet speed considered to be one of the highest in the world.

ive already chalked it as an L but still. they could've just said it was an error instead of giving me the run around. I mean I've deposited over 60k in the last 7 months on stake. obviously only gamble what you can afford to lose but still. they barely give any rakeback. but if it was train or any other big streamer I bet they would get paid out

ive won many 600x, 1000x and hit lots of multipliers on the game and have always been payed out. all of them recently. this was the first time it happened and thankful it was only a $200 win. I chalked it as a L.

im a plat II and have used stake for like a year now. Im not gonna make a big deal about a $200 win. I kinda just wanted to post it on the forum to see if anyone else had the same experience. im sure evolution will rip me off from now on since I said shit I shouldn't have out of anger. they blocked my chat privileges.

yeah I completely get where you are coming from. Evolution has many issues but the problem is that people are still gonna play on evolution live games because the competition like pragmatic sucks so bad. I can’t stand pragmatic roulette, it feels like an arcade game, don’t like the bounce the interface and the rest. 
 

honestly in my opinion the best roulette is emperor roulette. The bounce is great tbh, only issue is that is in Chinese language.
