After this date, I made 3 BNB and 1 ETH withdraws and these came to my wallet. "confirmed" is written on the receipts in my wallet, but "transferred" is written on the request before I arrive. We talked to support a few times, all of them said it will be fixed in a few hours, but there is still no improvement. I'm starting to worry now. When will this problem be solved and my balance will be sent to my wallet?
