Wrong monthly amount given, again.

For second month in a row, i got $7.50 on my monthly bonus.

My account still bugged , i tried to contact support and they didnt help at all.
Not even a single solution, 2 months in a row, can you guys explain me why and how can i fix this?

  that poor support service request that they review my monthly bonus  I will get a better bonus at gold level now I am platinum 2 and they gave me less monthly bonus   and support only with your stupid answers justifying with rules that modify  at the moment deplorable service
