Have you sent any crypto to friends accounts directly on Stake from your own private wallet? It’s a double edged sword since they can’t tell you those account names because it would violate the privacy policy in the chance it’s someone elses account. 
 

I’d be asking questions along the lines of how long until the restriction is released etc. no point getting angry about it as the decision appears to be concretely made.

You cant change their decision weather it was correct or not.

If your account was flagged by mistake or for a reason it is considered "permanently flagged" for the site, & no one can do anything thing about it. Since the site has thousands of users one account wont matter to them..

So just live with it bro. Its already done.

The TOS will have this sewn up, so you'll probably be wasting your time fighting it, but what a joke. Zero transparency or proof, just the back of stake's hand. They use a 3rd party company that detects misuse of marketing promotions, from what I remember. I'll have a look later on, but if they're EU based (doubtful), maybe you could do a freedom of information request and find out which of your details were used to come to that conclusion, or at least what information they hold on you. Maybe it's a stake internal process or cost-cutting measure.

I don't understand how anybody could even abuse the site. The only thing is to use multiple accounts with Eddie's guaranteed losing bet. Maybe just scrap that promotion if it causes so many problems, because it's shit anyway (and maybe just a setup for money laundering). If there's solid proof or stake did an amnesty for alt accounts, block those from forum competitions and the stream thread. Job done. Transparency and not treating customers like dickheads - it's a wild concept, but maybe it would be a good thing.

I am not letting go of this unless i see some valid explanation, i think i deserve that.

You're banned because abuse

If you're in profit or a mod just doesn't like you, could you become a victim of this? It sure looks that way if there is no evidence presented and no way to appeal the decision.

What is it that's being abused? How much money are we talking about? Is there a weakness in stake's system that can be exploited? Should players be concerned about that, since we deposit and store money here? Is the site safe to use? Why not target the thing(s) being abused and change them, instead of making guesses about which accounts are or are not related? If stake were 100% certain, they would have no problem closing the other accounts.

Meanwhile, they're still happy to take his money if he wants to deposit - that's no problem 👌

I dont think i have energy left to hear Support team's same reply over and over again, unless you are willing to come forward with some real information like:
1. How was my account doing bonus abuse?

2.Which accounts were associated with mine?

3.And why cant those accounts be restricted rather than restricting this account of mine, which is the only one i use?

If you are willing to answer these questions head on straight point blank, lets talk otherwise, those bot-based copy paste replies can be done by anything/anyone   no offense, but that is the harsh truth.

 

@Ivica Sir, is support ready to answer those questions?

My account is in the same situation and i have no clue what multi accounting or whatever have i done wrong. 

I been playing with my OWN account, KYC LVL2 verified, for an entire year , Platinum 1 almost Plat 2... we need explanations , no just 1 sentence saying "youre been flagged, thanks" , thats not enough. 

I already told you, ban every other account related to my original, i dont even know what are those. I asked support how to fix it and they didnt say shit. Its going to be like this forever

And the worst thing is they keep sending emails with promos, post monthly and monthly, like taunting us... almost trolling us , i got $0.05 cents for post monthly , why the fuck youre going to send me an email offering me 5 cents , are you joking me?

let us imagine that the system detects several accounts  using the same IP address - each account is located in a different country but the users all subscribe to the same  VPN provider. 

These users use the same location for their vpn and  on multiple occasions  they are assigned the same ip address.

 

Would this be detected  unfairly as bonus abuse / multi account abuse?

I would be very surprised if Stake banned accounts due to them using the same VPN provider.   They are smarter than that.    I would have to beleive the way determine if one is abusing and making alts is based on device fingerprinting or browser fingerprinting (what extentions you have installed, screen size, etc).   Probably even something more sofisticated.   But if they told us how they do it, the people making 100s of alts would then be able to avoid detection.   If they tell Darkstar which alts they caught, he'll know what methods worked and what didnt.   It would suck if someone truly innocent got caught up in something like this.. but we'll truly never know if that's the case or not.

I fully understand all of that and i would hope that the system is smarter than that!

just thinking aloud  really  about having the same Ip and other settings being the same  - if that could trigger false positives in teerms of abuse.

So many accounts have received such a problem after updating the system for calculating weekly and monthly bonuses. I also get a 5 cent post monthly bonus and a 7.5 dollar monthly bonus. Plat 1 Monthly wager 30-33k

but when i asked them some simple questions whose answers at least i deserve, They went complete silent? Why?
