Tydrellinbg Posted August 4, 2022 #1 Posted August 4, 2022 5 days ago I decided to use Dinabot to convert ETH to LTC. Long story short, there was an issue on their end during the process, therefore I contacted support and was told that I would receive a manual refund within the next 24 hours or so. I am yet to receive my money back, and ever since then I have been trying to contact them again to no avail (live chat says no active agents & they haven't replied to my e-mails). My question is, does anyone know what I should do? Is there a specific person I can contact regarding the issue?
