So basically I took a week self exclusion and the monthly just got released My self exclusion gonna expire on Sunday and I was like okay I will claim then, when support just said I wont be able to claim my monthly because the bonus created while I was in self exclusion I wanted to take self exclusion only for casino, but the support said I have to take it through the email self service I feel like its not fair I wont be able to claim my monthly bonus idk how its my fault monthly got released earlier than usual thanks for the help in advance. Moderator Faris Posted August 13, 2022 Moderator #3 Posted August 13, 2022 It's nobody's fault, it's just a self-exclusion policy, you should have read this before taking this action. In addition, if you want to exclude yourself from the Casino section only, you should contact the support team, when you do it through email this applies to both casinos and sports.
