Stack em Bonus Question

For anyone who is familiar with the stackem bonus i have a question. I thought the X symbol which grows bigger with each mini hit is played on every free spin, but i got a bonus where the last spin didnt have the X symbol anywhere (Of Course there were wilds everywhere which is strange) So just wondering if anyone else or if anyone knows what the odds or chances for the X symbol to appear is (I thought it was on every free spin) I have the videos below if anyone wants to double check and make sure im not tripping.

I've never seen a bonus round without an X.

Under "Free Spins" in the game info:

I'd ask support to open an investigation and contact Hacksaw about it. I feel like it should always have an X, but if not then they should include that detail in the info.

it all based on luck , sometime it do show every single spin , sometime not a single x will be appear.
