Stake Blocking Withdrawals?

My account is a Silver account that was opened 10 months ago. I regularly participate in sports promotions with a few other sports bets and casino games played but the majority of my account is sports promos and my account is profitable. After a particularly successful weekend for me I went to withdraw some of my winnings only to find that withdrawals and tips are blocked on my account. I have a $1200 balance on my account and upon speaking to Stake they told me due to "suspicious activity on my account" that my account was put into withdraw only mode. However, this is absolutely not a withdraw only mode. I cannot withdraw or tip but can still depo and bet. Support have told me that the only way to unlock my account is to provide level 4 kyc which I absolutely do not want to do. Providing Stake with my ID, utility bills and payslips should not be a requirement for me to get my own money back this is disgraceful. I am a relatively low stakes player ($14k wagered across the 10 months) and that $1200 balance is a lot of money to me and not something i can afford to lose. Support staff have been very uncooperative with me and told me that the system cannot be overrode and that an account can only be unlocked with level 4 kyc, something which i know is a lie as i have spoke to others with the same issue and some have managed to get their money out after public pressure on Stake. The fact that Stake can just confiscate balances whenever they deem "suspicious activity" is a complete breach of power, anyone playing on the site could have this done to them and many players either cannot perform level 4 kyc or would not be happy performing that. I do not agree that there is suspicious activity on my account but ultimately Stake as a casino have a right to which customers they allow to play promos or even bet so i cannot complain about that. What is disgraceful is taking customers money and refusing to let them withdraw.

What level kyc youre now bro? Idk how can stake should user have to kyc level 4. I thought level 2/3 is enough

I'm currently only level 1. When i asked them they said even level 3 isn't enough it has to be level 4

I would suggest contacting the streamer Syztmz. If you really can't withdraw your funds he may be able to make an appeal on your behalf. Unless you're participating in rigged matches then there should be no excuse as to why you can't withdraw your funds. You never have to complete KYC to withdraw your funds. Only if they suspect that you're playing in a restricted country then they will ask for a level 2 verification to continue playing. Even Eddie has said so on multiple occasions.

Yeah i'm trying to get in contact with some youtubers/streamers thanks man. I would try speak to eddie himself but i'm assuming that's virtually impossible to do.

Yeah you are deffo right there, thats why i dont care about my account and any restrictions on it all i care about is getting my money back.

Sorry mate for this but you wouldn´t get your money without the KYC every Casino and Sportsbetting Company have this part in the TOC here it´s point 8.

I know that I can as I have just spoke to another person who had the same situation and then Stake removed this restriction on the account without any further kyc. Also I agree that every casino has legal KYC procedures however in most countries that Stake operate in, the way they go about it is illegal. Companies are meant to either kyc customers before depositing or can do it randomly. Enforcing kyc to block withdrawals and/or using it just when customers are profitable is illegal in most countries.

people bet 5k sport and win 20k even more and have no issues to cash out

mb u did something wrong on sport bets mb u bet on fixed matches who knows and u got provider attention ...

u have to give them level 4 kyc if u want to get your money u have to send requested documents or I dont see any option to get your money back,

since the data are collected by the Customer Support from Stake and they are located in Serbia they have to act under the Serbian Privacy Law. I suggest you google on that and contact the local authorities for help
