There is a point where you can ask for patience and there is a point when you need to move your ass. This time is now !! But as always no communication from stake ... I like it here but on some point you guys are so so so bad !

It´s an unplayable mess right now. I take a break from this. Looks like Stake dont want to earn money atm and give a fuck what´s happening.

You can have billions of dollars and still not be able to stop this. Examples of big companies that have had problems in the past... facebook, twitter and many others.

Being under attack is stake excuse to everything. And if it's the case you can at least communicate about it instead of letting your players in the dark. Also it's tilting a lot of people who then play hard cause they are angry and they end up loosing money which is good for stake so sorry but let me have my doubt on this "attack" Yesterday i asked support an ETA on it being back to normal speed, they told me to reset cache and clear cookies and they had no ETA. What kind of answer is this seriously ?

I don't think the technical support is the one that deals with servers and hosting from stake. Anywhere you go with a similar problem will give you the same answer clear cookies and cache. Yesterday there were Killnet attacks in Moldova, maybe they own some servers there as well

It's been 48 hours, no communication from stake except that they did a brief maintenance yesterday. When you have spend thousands and thousands $ don't you think you at least deserve an explanation ? To know what is happening and how much time we will have to wait ? It's basic customer service at this point. I understand what you are saying and yes we could say i can wait to play but stake isn't even communicating on the problem actually happening so except me playing how can i know it's fixed ? And since you are taking the side of stake just like this is a normal situation don't you think people having to wait to play will result of them going elsewhere ? Not the best thing for stake if people can't play and decide to move on an other casino. And some communication from them could prevent that while also making players less angry and more inclined to wait. Anyway, when you spend thousands and thousands you can at least expect the website you are playing on to work and for them to let you know when you can't play. That's the bare minimum

Let me rephrase then : i'm not complaining about the people doing a work they are told to do i'm complaining about the script they are asked to communicate to us. I'm complaining about this guy on top of the other deciding to not act and asking his employee to act like if they didn't know anything. I'm sorry mate but i'm personnaly doing the support for a software i work on with someone else and when there is a problem we always communicate about it and when it's our fault we always admit it and give an ETA to our users. That's the least you can do. At least when you are considering your users and not see them just as a way to make money !!
