ok if anyone knows myself or bigmann23 (my husband) then u know we are more than happy to show love when we win . ( he usually wins ) so in turn he tips me about half or vise versa... when we win big we always make sure that we take 1/4 but usually 1/2 of our winnings are tipped out keep our awesome friends in good spirits and to keep chat alive.. we have sponsered many social chat games (a few of you like my most recent game:" ill tip u if u pick another player that deserves a tip and a good reason why" .. lol its been fun) we have also seen a few great people do the same ... 

 

Heres my issue:  The Admin have recently decided to tip those whom are the ones that withdraw and dont tip out ( by " tip out" i  mean : when we players share winnings with one another to keep the wonderful community here at Stake alive and active.. i have seen in the past few weeks THE SAME " flammers" get shown love. .. 2 awesome players shared alomost there whole winning thiis moring but the didnt get crap for being "on fire " but one of the hr's that has been shown love this week by admin was once again praised  for having a flam but yet not tipping anyone but his alt hmmmm... hmm  

 just to be clear:  i am not in anyway saying i should be tipped because i tip or anyone else for that matter but when u "the admin come out arms open for "greedy flammers but dont give 2 thoughts about the ones that pretty much keep your players happy" then its a sad place for us all . ... i hope that came out correct and if anyone has a comment i would love to hear it ..... gotta run bm's grandma needs my help to walk to the restroom

I've benefitted from your generosity many times and always appreciate it so let me start by saying thank you!  As long as BM's not reading this, I love you BMG!!!   If BM is reading this, I like you a lot BMG!!!

If I am understanding it correctly I actually like the Stake model of giving their mods and supports some coins to share with the chat.  Far more personal than a bot and it's nice to see mods having a chance to do something so positive for the community.

Your point seems to go to who is the beneficiary of these generous tips from the Stake staff.  I would agree with you, it seems like they should be anxious to reward people who do so much for the community.  I've noticed that sometimes the tips are really contest payouts or other promotions, so that helps explain sometimes when I see tips going out to random users.  (I often wonder why they don't make those private.)  I would think the mods would have a way to detect alts, and can't imagine any mod wanting to reward someone who used an alt to take advantage of such a cool thing Stake is doing for its players.  If they are not already, alts should be banned in chat, just such a scummy thing to do to the site and fellow players.  Another part of it may be that the mod who is tipping out hasn't been in chat a lot recently and so they miss who was really generous and who was just spamming or whatever.

Anyway, I'm glad you brought this up and am interested to see who responds and how.

u know that i love all of you in support staff so i want to make it clear this was in no way aimed at any of you .. Mladen has been coming on here tipping the players who catch fire at "random" times but it always seems to go to the greedy hr's that dont bust or show love to other stake players wich is fine whatever.. but it seems to go to the same ones.. well i asked him today why he was tipping and he said it was for getiing on hr today... coeg hit hr 2 times and shared his whole winning with all of stake chat also velten hit hr 2 times in 24 hrs and he wasnt shown any love but kule and humberroll always get tips from Mladen and they are the ones that take awsy from stake . meaning they withdraw there winnngs . im just curious why Mladen never shows apprectation to the players that put all ther money back into stake and stake chat when a few of us are just trying to make it a funner vibe .... so basically what im getting at its ..:  why does Admin reward the greedy players  who keep there shit and run and not even give to shits about the ones that keep all there winnings here by losing it or in most cases, giving it away to other players to make a happy place to play....... just sayin

I know bmg and bigmann are very well liked and their generosity goes above and beyond!!!   And doesn't go unnoticed.   I don't know much about the topic at hand as I guess I haven't paid much attention to it ... But I think any complaint from a very important member of the community at Stake is one to be at least talked about and hopefully addressed and solved

I have honestly decided it in the end only hurts me more when i try to make a bout about the free coin "for being active" in chat and free bonuses, that the stake company gives out to users. I have made plenty of  cases and arguments trying to bring attention to the selective tipism as i used to call it (may be it consciously or unconsciously), as long as the is another human deciding who to tip "randomly" there will be bias and wont be fair in the end.

however i have learned that talking about these things or criticizing publicly on forum or in chat usually ends up with  getting even less tips from mods and the support team, i may be just overthinking it but i essentially get shamed in the community for bringing up such things.

i end up staying as far away from these types of issues as possible but believe you me, stuff like this is all over. just no one talks about it due to fear of being shunned or shamed.

also you should have put this in stake related forum not off topic! that way we would have earned satoshi for these posts too lol!!

i get why you‘re angry. Sometimes it really looks like particular people get tipped more often. By I also see it from regular users. They tip some users more than others.

My point on that is, that we shouldn‘t be angry/jealous or whatever you want to call it. If someone is giving away money, it’s their choice. And also their choice who they will tip and we have no right on it. (I know you‘de Addressing the topic selflessly!)

I gave away some more sats too (also on PD) and the most of the time you‘ll find at least one person complaining.

 

i don‘t monitor who gets tips from whom, but there is no other chance than just accepting it. So I dunno what’s going on.

its good to talk about topics like that. But another question is.. were the untipped people active in chat when Mladen tipped? I saw the situation when I was checking my commission.. I saw Shinjo active (I believe he got tippe - he had at least his flame on).

don‘t get me wrong bmg. I‘m taking a neutral stand on this and we always should reflect both sites.

Hi @bmg, when you say admin, are you referring to the support and moderators? I don;t know that many admin that send out tips, other than myself perhaps? Or is this an issue with me?

Thank you for raising this issue nonetheless, I have noticed a fair amount of tipping going to the same people. Perhaps we can look at ways to mix the process up a little? Have any ideas on ways to be more fair?

I am sorry that you feel like raising your opinion ends up making this worse for you! That is a horrible thing to hear and I would really like to reach out to you to try and understand further. I have to agree with this. I tip anyone who is active in chat and doesn't pm me asking for something when i hit a good amount. I dont do it for my benefit or to be paid back...I do it because I enjoy watching others win as well. I have watched other win some graciously and some not so much. I've even seen some people post in front of everyone how they took their funds and bet just in such a ridiculous fashion it had to be to point out that they get their sats so easily that it doesnt matter to them if the make a couple 500k bets that go nowhere. It's frustrating and maybe im just jealous and would like an opportunity to get back to winning.. either way it does appear as if there is a clique of people who like to flaunt their winnings and shit on people who arent winning. You also have one mod in particular who seems to think everyone wants to play for free and that if they just deposited it would fix everything. This is one of the same mods who tip the biggest free player on the site and also seem to be rigging trivias in that players favor. It's just a bad experience unless these people arent around and someone decent is winning which isnt all that often. Just thought I'd put my two cents in even though I'm sure it will affect me negatively.

@bmg I understand you and I'm sorry about that but Mladen is on chat from time to time. That's his thing, to send tips to the players who make it to HR list when he's around.  I know, that sucks but we send tips to the active users every day so let's call it even. Also, players who think that they don't get enough attention from the mods and support on chat, try to be active not just when we're sending tips.

@Shaniqua Cmon man, half of your tips are from the mods and support. You are active all the time and we tip you all the time. We cannot send you 0.01 per day.  It would be sweet though.

For me there is 2 differents things : the admin's tips and the mod/support ones. For the admins, they do what they do (i don't know what criterias they take, etc and it's not my business, they do what they want ^^)

For mods and supports we are more "in touch" with the community so we are more able to not send any tips to abusives players (in one way or another), to alts, etc. But still it's not perfect. Everyday we mute people who are trying to receive tips with multiple accounts & co but sometimes we are just not aware of them, if we are not 100% sure an account is an alt we still can fall in the trap

Saying that, even for mods/support everyone is sharing how they want : via trivias, roll hunts, contests ... or just because they like someone. It depend of the person.

For me personnaly i tried to share mostly via trivias and roll hunt but I keep a little for the team and for active and positive players. But still when I laucnh a hunt or a trivia and it's someone who tend to try to abuse the system ... i still have to give him the tip since he didn't break any rules at that time. But it's still painful ^^

I dream of a "red list" were abusive players (alts, scam, defaulted on a loan, offensive, ...) will be added with no possibility to tip them.
