Being Treated Unfairly with no reasonable way of getting any honesty

Hi Eddy & Executives,

Without sharing screen shots and video to prove with I am saying (can share when needed) I am requesting for Eddy or any other executive that cares about their clients especially those like me who have gambled over $1,691,495.89 just this month and get no justice on the 1 dispute when I have all the evidence and not able to get past basic support that tell me nothing can be done and nothing can be escalated and its final from the provider. I can go much further but I am really hopping that Eddy or someone with power can kindly reach out to me and we can go over the situation honstly and fairly. Listen buddy as somebody who has lost an enormous chunk of money on here it's best you understand that these people running this place do not care about your concerns they just care about your money and they are always right no matter what. it's kind of a Serbian mentality if you ask me.

Yes but if they only care about the money then I am the perfect person for them to give me any support in order for them to continue to get my business. If I am being treated this way and once again I have all the proof then what happens to all the other people? 🥲

 

I honestly think they are just not aware as they system is not allowing things to flow up so that others can make the decisions. Even know in support I asked simple questions that the agent is reading and not responding too....

 

Me: "Who am i playing with. You or the provider?"

Agent: "On what are you referring to when you say "who am I playing with"?"

Me: "When I enter your site and pick a game and start playing, who am i playing with? it seems to me that I am gabliing with you guys and you are taking my money while you guys outsource to providers but ultimatly I am playing with you correct as I am on your site depostiing money to you guys? kindly answer my questions here in this message please"

Me after 5 mins after read "are my questions so difficult to answer?"

This is truly sad & I know if I share all the screen shots just from this horrible basic support, I might get banned or something. I am really hoping someone that reads this has any moral feeling and takes action to reach out to me from Stake who actually has power and can honestly review the situation.
