Level Up Challenge Failed to Pay based of discrepancy of .000000001 ce

So I recently finished the level up last week and wasn't paid out. It turns out when playing the Stake Original Tome Of Life the bet I entered was 10c to qualify. But because the volatility of the coins the value went down .00000001 % by the time I had won the multiplier in question. So the bet didn't register as a win in the automated system that collects the bets and registers them. I'm not denying that this by strict adherence to the rules doesn't qualify. But when my bet I entered is 10c and crypto is known to be volatile that I think an exception should be made. If it was like maybe 1/1000th of a cent I could and would have understood. But in the picture shown I was literally below the minimum bet by like 2 Ten Millionths of a cent. Which by any other definition should be rounded up to 10c. See attached photo. The "value" is the dollar value estimate at the exact time of bet. SO DO U THINK I AM OVER REACTING FOR  .000000002 cents under the minimum disqualifying me for winning. Or what. Let me know what you think.

Hopefully they understand the situation.. it's not a matter of some thousand parts of a $, it's all about the effort.  And the effort should be appreciated if it's genuine.  Hopefully the technical team understands it.

They need to look at this ur not trying to scam stake out of thousands and when u put on qualifying bet u pressed 10 cents....

Come on stake common sense should prevail.

This is insanely fucked up.

Stake used to take in account prize of coin at the same where bet was placed. For stake original games. But here we're talking of provider slot. Where you can't choose 0.09 or 0.11 or 0.12. bet size are fixed. 0.1/0.2 / 0.5. when a challe get says 0.1 it means : minimum bet size allowed by game. If value slightly move , I'm not sure where the adjustment is made but definitely not on player side.

And stake know this perfectly.

This is really mad as situation. I would be mad if it happened to me. ( Not to say those challenges are just a way to suck up more $ from you, level up is one of the least interesting challenge , in term of $ )

As stake grow big support and customer management loss in quality here, that's the a fact ... Sad

Hey AleksandarZ, @AleksandarZ

I actually spent about 1.5 hours with support trying to argue my case to them. They said the decision was final and that I am out of luck. Which is quite unfortunate. I have all the screenshots of the conversation I had with them.

this is not the first time I seen this on here.  there was a guy that should have won a very difficult sports level up promo which he would have been the only winner, or 1 of very few winners sharing 5k but his bets were like $0.01 too low even though he typed in the correct amount.  after seeing that I don't even bother.  not worth the anger I would feel

~support : sorry there is nothing we can do. (willingness)

then @AleksandarZ comes in clutch!

good they settled that @tahawkin

I usually can see Stakes reasoning for things like this, and it's usually because the user is being a moron or doesn't have any proof an incident took place except a "trust me bro".    As this is the majority of support tickets, support treats us all with 2 brain cells and that sucks.

I have a post not to deep in my history about money missing from my account.. take a look if interestedits a good read.  Long story short, very easy math showed money was missing, 3 levels of support said I was wrong, no money went missing and that "we cannot show you data that has never occured"  basically saying im delusional.   3 weeks later I posted a very long detailed description of what happened, and lo and behold, a wild betID adjustment has appeared! That changed a live dealer bet I placed 3 hours prior.  For exact amount that went missing.  Wow.  Who's delusional now?  Me or the ones who couldn't tell that 4.25 - 0.20 /= 0.60.  Shit gets me fired up just thinking about it...

Get Better.. it shouldn't be that hard to see issues like this.   I realize you deal with a lot of morons, scammers, conspiracy theorists. But when someone is providing easy to understand examples, proof of an issue, it makes actual sense, and makes their point all very respectfully, Don't be so quick to tell them they are making things up.  Or in this case, stop and think about how rediculous you are going to look when you tell this guy that "1/10millionth is too big of an amount to be off" and to "bet more next time"..  then "showed this to colleagues and they all agreed".  All of your colleagues agreed he was off by too much?! You guys seriously must be robots, because how can a human say that, and not realize how absolutely rediculous it is?  @AleksandarZ, a human, as far as we can tell, read this problem, and was instantly able to realize what was going on and that it should be remedied.  How could support and all their coworkers not see it? Tell us the truth Alek.. have the humans been replaced by A.I.? I hope you submitted a ticket that the model got this one wrong so it can learn from it.. Im joking, but..  there's gotta be a reason why most humans looking at this and would say that 9.99999999 is close enough to 10 for a payout with fluctuations.  But a.i. would disagree.  It can only see 9.99999999 /= 10  and there is no way around that until it learns. In this case though it didn't see "greater than or equal", so it returned "there's nothing further we can do"  Its human emotion that is able to make the distinction.  I don't want to start conspiracies, but would really like to hear initial reasoning from all support staff who agreed....  Something to think about..

Glad u got it even tho it even tho it prob took way too much time and way too much stress than it should have. And thanks @AleksandarZ for not being a robot npc and actually fixing it.
