Eddie, I don't know if regular face to face video phone call is possible between Drake's iPhone (Including also other normal iPhone)  and Android Phone, but You guys must have done make sure to notify him with any further additional text message or announcements to make him to recognize that the call is going through Whatsapp before that incident. Only one first regular text message about 25 lucky drawers made him unable to respond as a result.

In general, I don't think the way the contest was run is ok.  There was basically no transparency, we don't know how winners were picked or how our personal info would be used (I know we got a bunch of spam texts after the last one).

I also don't think it's ok for Stake to pass all responsibility onto Drakes people.

Using whatsapp to call without mentioning it before hand is definitely a sign of the incompetence, but doesn't entitle anyone that didn't pick up to $20k, or any other amount.

Yeah its hard to know really what the rules in this are, I think he said his name in the stream as a winner? But not sure but if he did maybe theres more for him to go on. Anyway I mean its pocket change to stake so dont understand why they just not give it to him. Its like a 10th of a drop on Saturdays :P   

I personally think stake did so much right this stream and the amount of drops and requirements was very nice too. But feel sry for TP...

It's always same... No transparency... Canada wins other lose. Like always. But this starts to be ugly. This is not the first post where I read that people have won and didn't get their win...

i got answer from live support, support said "you didnt win due to not respond calling"

i also check in streaming, they mention my fullname! with live support.

20k is nothing to Stake and Drake. Providing you with the prize you were meant to receive but didn't due to the errors/issues surrounding the competition should be common sense for Stake. If this is all accurate then Stake should definitely give compensation to make things right with the community, and take this as a lesson for transparency and clear instructions in the future.
