Summary of situation
AM 10:29 | got Text "You are almost winner. stake will call you after 1:30hour later" (stake infome me wrongly. i wait 1:30hour stare on phone.)
AM 10:50 i had been drawn for 20 person and Drake said my full name on streaming.

AM 11:04 Stake tried to reach me by What'app. it doesn't work(What'app was not available on my phone)

AM 12:00 i was waiting untill streaming. stare on Phone. but no calling without any inform.

After Streaming : First i ask to live support regarding this issue and i got answer " dont know. and sorry"" i dont have this kind of information sorry"
shared all information this issue with friend who frequently chat in Korean room
and share also in Stake forum.

Here is Wrong Fact Operation.
#1. No inform how stake contact Winner

Stake didn't inform how reach to winner. Stake only request phone number. Name for event. Even Stake sent text to me for winner (Via normal sms). Calling. Not mention about what app.
Using What'app for calling In korea/Other contries. what'app is not familiar application.

#2.Different Operation.
In Previous Drake streaming, Stake gave them Prized person who didnt answer phone calling.(In this time "No)
Even My full name is on the streaming. there is noting due to missed calling.

if someone who dont have i-phone and dont have what'app, then not eligible win?

 

There was no mention of calling Lucky Winner on call the "what'app" in the event contents.

I was just looking at my phone, I couldn't even imagine getting a call on "what'app" 

Send SMS winning text to regular number and call to "what'app" without prior notice?

So you mean you won't receive the prize money because  you can't receive notifications "what'app" and you don't recived call? OMG!

I thought they would be calling  the number he would have posted in the email,? how would they call whats app? i dont understand that? or is it linked to your phone number ? any one no this? cause I just posted my normal phone number.?

What a coincidence that mostly NA and SA are picked. @Stake come on guys, you can't actually hold us for such idiots. If we feel something is unfair (besides someone crying about losing in gambling and blaming it as Scam) then mostly it's because IT WASN'T fair at all. 

Regarding this topic, I mean come on. Who contacts someone on Whatsapp on such giveaways? The promotion boldly mentioned Stake username, phone number. You can't expect someone to actually use one certain messenger app, there are hundred if not thousands out there which people use.

Overall, scuffed giveaway as always. I mean the best they can do is $10 drops and advertise $20K/each for drawn users which most likely is fake. Come on, post a topic and actually confirm that you won- anyone of the 3 stream winners, dare ya.

If I had the database for entire world population and if I were to pull some 20 names at random to be winners of a giveaway or whatever I guarantee that the random Google generator would pull out such countries like San Marino, Luxembourg, Belgium, Morocco and so on. Now that's what I like to call random.

So Stake marketing team or whoever is responsible and behind these so called "Giveaways", either don't organise them and don't shove shit up in our mouths and ears etc.. Or make them transparent and fair for everyone.

It would actually look more like their weekly raffle - the highest populations would have a much higher chance of being picked more than 1/20.

It clearly said send your phone number ans stake username to the email. It just didn't say anything about being contacted through whatsapp which is the main issue here.

On the other hand, I somehow have a feeling this screenshot of the whatsapp call looks weird and couls be just a scammer whatsoever.

3 Streams and 3 fuck-ups..  You couldn't make it up..  Though I sincerely hope you get some redress dude..

Email to stake and, answer is "nothing we can do" and ignore. no answer yet.

how can i reach the correct person who can handle it....really regretful hideoperation. come @Edward fix problem.

D-4.5 : Stake still not respond.

seems that stake want to igore this issue.

if my complaint accepted as good way then i will show appreciation to you who leave comment in this posting. as also good way. prepare big umbrella!

1.sent email severaltime with evidence.

-> no answer.

2.ask to live suppot several times.

-> they said they dont know and sorry.

So they told him he was in the final 25, not guaranteed a prize, but to expect phone call in 90 minutes during the live stream....and then they called and he didn't pick up the phone.... 🤷‍♂️ 

I don't see anyone getting cheated out of 20k here... Especially if they just went and have it to the next guy on the list.

So you dont see anything wrong with them calling trough an app that they never mentioned before? And without checking that the customer answers calls in this app?

The whole using whatsapp without even telling anybody that thats how they would be calling is beyond ridiculous.....but not surprised maybe Eddie will get involved if he hears about it on stream Saturday....good luck man....heartbreaking

nobody told me Stake would contact by whatapp. i expected get calling nomal line. i stared on phone! and stake also text me wrong information . in the text they told me "after" 90min later calling.

This is just so sillly. What is 10k to fix this? I’m sure the guy waited for the call, and it won’t hurt i’m sure if stake fix him with 10k, this will be all be over in seconds.
 

So what’s the point? Traffic? God damn!
