I will never stop playing on stake, and the 6 months since I joined this site have saved me from a lot of painful stress and depression/anxiety through providing me a distraction as well as community during this period of seperation from my new born 3 month old daughter and fiancee while she was at a treatment program for new mothers and I was struck alone at home, this site has kept me out of trouble for sure and i am so thankful for you guys being here to make me feel like family and right at home! With only a few hundred people, the chat began to crash and become choppy. You can only imagine what other issues could arise if you had 6k viewers. I believe that many viewers are looking for the bonus codes, and the low latency stream makes it very fair for all players to claim them. However, not having the chat stable in real time makes claiming some of Steve's harder to spell codes a little more difficult.It would be ideal to have an optimized chat that is easily moderated and has a way of self-policing. For easier polls, use "hot words." If a user posts a duplicate message, or a repeated phrase (e.g. pickmepickmepickme), or is flagged by a mod, their messages should be pushed to the bottom of the queue. This way, when there are a lot of messages, those with lower priority will be hidden in chat. A +1 system for mods, admins, and others to use to give a user priority in having their messages seen. This would help to balance the chat and make it more productive in general. Admins can pin a link or code to make it more visible and accessible.
