According to Stunna:

refusing action and refusing withdrawal are 2 different things.  refusing action is denying his bets.  he already made the bets.  should he have been allowed to place the bets? no.  but guess what? he already did so too bad for stake.  it's up to them to catch the issue before he builds up a bunch of money.  if you are caught cheating somehow at a land based casino they wouldn't take your money away, they would tell you to cash out and don't come back

No matter what we say or what we do, I don't think stake will allow you transfer the money out.

I think their decision is final unless if another set of people acquire stake tomorrow, or the mods are changed.

I might have begged the necessary powers in charge for you if I was a mod. 😂

While you were sending in fake documents you didn't know that you were doing something against the rules?

When you were offering to buy other players accounts with higher limits, you didn't know you were doing something wrong?

They paid you already when you were first caught and then you kept doing it.  You didn't think you were doing anything wrong?

According to Stunna:

In that case, isn't it a reasonable compromise to return his deposit on that account, or the balance, minus the difference of the disputed bet(s)?

The terms and conditions don't mention forfeiting your balance as compensation to stake for wrongdoing or being fined as punishment.

If stake's odds provider regularly delays the data for a specific market, they should consider suspending that market or finding a new odds provider. What if you innocently made the same bet and were lumped in with what stake deem to be malicious accounts? Given that our only advocacy options are askgamblers or a bitcointalk thread, I think stake need to shoulder more responsibility in these situations and at least offer the community some transparency in the form of evidence, for the sake of trust. If not the community, then an impartial 3rd party through an outlined process. As it stands, they can do whatever they want with the very real money that we deposit into our accounts.

Bro.

Get rekt, honestly. It's for fraudulent people like you that a support team gets discredited.

You played dirty, against the rule. You were limited and kept doing it. From the moment they got you and they kept you playing a few times to confirm their pattern, the money was not yours.

"Yes, I used fake documents at that time but I didn't knew about the ToS."

With this affirmation you look ever more stupid. You used fake documents and IDs like you know... it's just legal. You cannot be so fucked up in your brain, you deserve this loss. Plus, if the stake accounts are on fake IDs, how can you legally prove that the money is yours? I consider that they have the right to block them.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

How many times should someone that cheats a sportsbook using 15+ accounts and fraudulent documents get paid?

OP was already paid out after being caught the first time, which is likely the main reason they decided to try again.

Think about the nature of online gambling.  Once you start paying people that cheat and fraudulent documents are involved, you can expect it to keep happening as long as they think they have a decent shot at getting paid.  And once you start paying people that leverage public forums to whip up a mob, you can expect many more mobs to be whipped up in the future.

OP is exploiting not just Stake, but the whole community.  Don't let them dupe you.

They did the same thing on bitcointak a few months ago.  Even played the "I'm a pretty girl stuck in Ukraine" right after they were invaded to gain sympathy privately to get defenders publicly.

Did you really expect to not get caught or punished even after posting on Stake's chat offering to buy player accounts with high limit?

If they haven't by now unfroze your funds then most likely they're not going to change their minds.

Move on.

You have been served stake justice for illegal multiple account violation. Be thankful that they were so merciful. I've known other members to have vanished without a trace. Let this be an example to all offenders. All joking aside I have seen other casinos do this for this exact reason. Stake is the greatest casino in the world.  I'm not just saying that. I believe it and I used to live in Las Vegas.

How can you be surprised over that your funds are locked after you did what you did.
Creating 15 accounts, sending fake documents to take advantage over stake.
You clearly violated the rules BIG TIME and of course it will be a hard punishment for it.

This Multiple account excuse is a total cop-out  ... !!!

It's not that long ago that multi-accounting was actively encouraged on Stake.

There are 1000's of multi-accounts on Stake and these accounts will never be blocked because it suits Stake to have them active.

Just be aware that Stake will enforce T&C's only when it suits them, just about every other Casino site will do the same, though I don't think any other site would be as blatantly shady ?

If you can get hold of some of the earlier Saturday Streams you will hear eddie explaining how "so & so" can be included in the raffle's because the account in question is different from the account that Stake pays them on, etc..

this the risk, if they want to freeze your account evne its your money. i tihnk youcannot get it anymore. or it is a good amount of money you can escalate it in the court at is was written on toc.

forum will not hlep you in this brother. better escalte this in court. that is pretty good amount of money too.
better try to search people with same cases. maybe there are people experience the same so. this will be a good fight :)

get fcked for cheating dude. if u are lucky u can ask for total deposits back and just be happy with it.

15+ accounts, trying to buy other accounts, trying to cheat the system, and now go to forum trying to get sympathy?

As some ppl already told u, place your bets on other sites when u are limited, no casino wants a "winning" player, it has always been like that.

Take this as a valuable lesson and go on with your life, ask kindly for at least deposits back, forget about the winnings, and move on.

Just a few questions,

1. If those bets that the OP place did not win, would the account in question even be disabled?

2. Can Stake please appoint @dupeddonk already as a moderator? He has already exerted so much effort snitching and kissing Stake's ass and no one even noticed. He condemns players posting complaints here like he is a moderator. 😂😂😂 He is a self-proclaimed righteous person who is so high as fuck not to think his previous actions in Stake were witnessed by many players before. He keeps stressing about "cheating" in his response to the OP yet he forgot somehow how he cheated in Telegram Challenge before. I was there and I would not forget that. 🤣🤣🤣 He calls out people in Stake chat as alts and beggars, he forgot how he accidentally responded with a "tyvm" using his @dupeddonk main account instead of responding with his alt account "ohyeah" and that's not all. Someone also asked about ohyeah using hilo bot. Instead of answering with his alt @ohyeah he answered using @dupeddonk again saying "he said no there is no hilo bot used" Which then doesn't make sense because = is not available in the hilo game unless you use a bot and why would @ohyeah tell his answer to @dupeddonk and not just say it in chat? he is not muted at all because he was able to post the bet id? Make sense? Now diupeddonk enough with your hypocrisy. You are the perfect epitome of a living 🤡

If OP was losing they probably wouldn't have been limited, which means they wouldn't have created 15+ accounts to get around those limits, which means OPs account wouldn't even exist. So, no.

ohyeah is not my alt account.  I honestly don't even remember that conversation you posted, it must have been from over a year ago, I rarely even open chat anymore as it's filled with beggars and rain farming alts.  It's just a mess, not a place to actually converse.  I've only ever registered one other account called "duped", and I've never used it in chat, never really played on it and haven't even logged into it in probably years.

I also have no idea who you are.  I honestly don't remember ever interacting with you or even seeing your username.
