Make sense stake well done. AFAIK it is only Ontario players not permitted to bet in Canada because of new regulations they recently passed. All other Canadian provinces allow betting, or at least do for the time being. I don't know why Stake would offer codes to US players tho as the whole country is banned regardless of the state you reside in.
