That's would even make the things worst for them when the market dip and would make there cost double.. Imagine my Monthly 7500$ which was 5 ETH so now they must pay me 7 ETH or even worst if I claim it in USDT which means 30% instant extra lost.. So now multiply the number with hundred of thousands active players and do the math.. If you still think the difference is small amount for any company in the world even Apple it means there is something wrong with your logic. 

Maybe for you, For me I'm comfortable to assume that any company in the world tries to save themselves dozens of millions if they can. 

Very good answers' but the best is that you don't teach financial management or perform any high level organizational management roles... you would  have gotten  yourself  into jail or corruption lawsuits unintentionally lol

Twitter guy is just as "funny" as eddie. Teasing stuff that doesnt happen. Stake making fun of its customers is a growing problem since last year. Their success is getting in their head so it seems.

There will be no pre monthly because this can only come Friday because next week there is gonna be monthly.

and stake will keep doing it as long as people still come and play here, why would you care about people lossing measly thousands, when there are whales putting in millions for stakes revenue. billioniers dont care about people, why would a billion dollar GAMBLING BUSINESS care? a lot of people are stuck here only because of bonuses and lousy promises, but lets face it - stake isnt alone in this game anymore and competitors are starting to offer way better bonus experiences. the people that are staying here are just nostalgic of stake and their VIP level

The way they handled the whole phishing fiasco was equally poor as the management of stake as a whole. Unless they are willing to hire actual serious professional people, things like this will get only worse. And trust from customers is bound to erode with every one of those little 'mishaps' and lessening boni etc.

A competent PR-person would immediately advice Stake to soften public opinion about the phishing with a generous pre monthly or similar, but since there aren't any on Stake payroll, you better not hold your breath.

Twitter account has done the same for a couple of month now... trying to build a hype for monthly so people spam about it. Then when enough people are annoyed they release it

The TLDR is that stake's sendgrid (mass emailing service) account was breached by somebody who then sent phishing emails to a lot of users from a stake.com address. Stake haven't made a formal statement about what happened or why, but so far they're saying that it was socially engineered. Meanwhile, they've been asking people to verify on twitter to win cash drops, trolling about monthly and acting like it's no big deal.

Yeah, stake decided not to make a red notice and put it at the top of the site or send a telegram message that was specific, just a "check links in emails before you click them" and some troll Twitter posts.

Customers are a top priority for stake 👍

I never entered the drake contests and got the email in question. The reason many didn't get it is because they caught the attempt and shut it down to regain control.
