Dear customer, the first mistake you make here is that you think that everyone is like you   She is an official employee and official staff (including official moderators = potential support members) are not allowed to play with these tips and withdraw these tips. 

Also yes, you can get banned for trying to damage the reputation of the staff with such meaningless things. Please don't waste our time on such things, next time do a thorough search before blaming someone. 

Instead of blaming/stalking potential support members, you should not waste your time on such things but should spend it on yourself in order to become a better person.
