Forum Feedback cooldown

before I will say my suggestion just wanna ask if why the feedback on forum has 24 hrs countdown time?

so here's my suggestion. 

lower down the cooldown or waiting time for feedbacks.

with regards to this topic I found out that lenders find it difficult to give feedbacks because of the waiting time

What cooldown do you feel is a suitable period, and still helps prevent abuse of the system.

is there any perks in having lots of feedback? 

cooldown- reset time hmm I think 3 or 4 hrs would be enough

or give special privilege to those people who opened thread about "lending services" to have faster feedback cooldown

I see the issue that exists, and will lower the cool down period to 3 hours.

Also reduced to 1 hour for valued members.
