Banned from Eddie Stream?

Its my second week banned from the stream for saying "Eddie we can hear you" when he was muted (November 19 stream). Its an obvious joke everyone made on Twitch when some streamers are muted, people in the chat says "Sound is good".

I dont know why this is a reason for a permaban , but if some moderators from KICK.COM/EDDIE are here, can you check my logs to see that what im saying its true.

Meanwhile im watching your stream and people is spamming toxic shit on there, and nothing happens. 

If you cant reverse this ban, its ok, if not im going to keep watching anyways.
