I encounter this most of the time, when a new user comes to chat they always beg for santoshis and I dont know how to handle it really so I just troll them. (most of the timetime)

how do you explain in a good way that you cant beg in chat to beginners? 

coz one time I said "hey bud no beggin here" and the new user said. "wtf im just asking and im not begging" and keep on repeating that

Best thing to do is ignore it and let mods handle it or do what you did and tell them politely that begging is not allowed.  Of course, in the case you cited, the new user was clearly an idiot since begging IS asking.

I don't think you should troll them.

probably it is impossible to overcome, I just ignore such people and do not answer them

Take screenshots and report them right away.

I know, our great Support Team and MODS are on top of this.

To help them, we have to let them know.

Agreed. I mean, Beggars will always be beggars.

We even have VIP's that do this beg stuff.

I was also a noob, and was not aware as well of the rules. MODs' job is to warn them over on the chat room.

But if they won't know it, they won't be able to warn them. So us, must report to them.

You can Always Report em To us if they do it after a warning And we would Happily Sacrifice em To Thy Hammer. We Do Provide warnings sometimes  , But it always end with the hammer cuz most of the times they do it again   .
