Can Mikey be removed from picking discord users ?

As the title says @Eddie  pretty sure it's about time someone else does the picks, as at this point we either get people who've been picked 3-4-5 times,  while there are about 1500+ people in discord,  somehow between 4-8  picks per week, it's 80% same people literally every week,    it pretty much sucks as this is supposed to be random, and you get the same dude get picked 5 times by Mikey, and he's like " oh really , I picked you before ? " ..
