I can see only mods and above ranks enjoying posts of victim players' post story in Appeals section.
Can i too have access to this section?

Why should only staffs have all the fun? 😛

No, such access cannot be obtained, and reading these topics there is not at all fun. This section is private and can only be viewed by employees.
