error when claim bonus drop

can someone please explain to me why i still got this error when i tried to last 4 bonus drop....

im try to ask live support....but still they cant answer it...

they said that either im late or im not eligible to claim it.....they also tell me 

as far as i know...if im late to claim it, error will be like this : 

and if my wager is not enough it will be like this : 

for the information, i wager 4k early before i got that error

from your stats it looked like you wagered a lot today... maybe it was after all the codes got created.

The same error for me also, didn't solve that problem yet... i wagered like 400,000 in the last month , still cannot claim the code.. hahaha

lol...last month....requirement is last 7 days....not last 30 days

Still... i requested the stats and last week wagered 40,000....

because stake is trolling you and will do this all the time. its normal

the drops have a 12k wager requirement your right on that line. it might be that you are under the requirements by a couple hours. always safe to be a couple thousand over. and ya if its unavailable its all claimed. Rule of thumb ifs its been more than 5 minutes since codes be posted 99.99999999% of the time its FULLY CLAIMED
