Monthly bonus

Hi, just wanted to know if we got monthly on 1st of December, wagering till next monthly starts of as from 1st till next 15(next monthly) ? I received post monthly today 50$, now it's gone

Hi,

The monthly bonus is always calculated from the previous release date. For example, we received our monthly bonus on December 1st, and if we receive our next monthly bonus on January 15th, it will be calculated for 45-46 days. There will be no missing/skipped days.

You got a $50 post monthly bonus because they doubled the amount for the Christmas promotion.

Platinum users receive their bonuses as a one-time bonus.

again stake show us that this event is totally bullshit. why d fk you cant give me these 11$ at once but I need to claim every hour 0.04$ to get that bonus. you are kidding. fk stake really! casino is at full collect mode, 5$ bonus drops for 10k$ week wager, post monthly only for plats.. really nice cheistmas giving event.. Thank you for sharing your opinion, this is not the first time you have received your bonus as a reload so I don't understand why you are complaining right now. It's always worked this way.

I can claim post monthly before not like reload. Cant uderstand why you cant give this bonus to all like normal bonus not fkin reload if this is christmas promotion.. oh no.. I know.. because no one will go every hour and claim this cents. This event is one big joke. As I said before only we got from this is monthly at 1 dec like usually. Reload is avalaible for plats but ofc when its time to troll users we will enable this option to all and give them cents. And why d fk we need bronze-silver-gold vip levels? If these levels is like one level and dont get anything. Just make 3 tiers of VIP and dont troll users
