Im still a NOOB and when I try send a message says I have 0 available

Hello all, Im new to the forum, and when I try send a message it says I have 0 available? can anyone tell me why? I wanted to message @AleksandarZ to Make sure I posted my big win of 1700X on dork unit. Everyone has just the middle portion of their win, and I took a screen shot of my whole screen N posted that. I also posted the Casino # and the link,, I had a previoys win that was only like 380X so I edited that one out and replaced with this one. SO anyway my question is 1st why is it I cant message anyone? and then My post is it ok the way I posted it,, I gave more info than maybe needed but is it ok,, I believe I should be 1 of the winners with 1700X
