Don't know what 15 y.o support agents work there but this was the funiest shit i've ever seen. On saturday a round win was never credited to me and Stake told me to text evolution support because they for some reason graded that winning round as a loss. So i took a screenshot of the round for good measure and contacted support which told me they created a ticket for further investigation as there was a technical issue with that round (may take up to 48 hours). Keep in mind i was never given the ticket number or any information. So today, 4 days after getting no update, i contact them again, AND, well, i was asked for a ticket number which they never gave me and was told that there was nothing raised for that round and I had gotten a blackjack that round!!😂😂1268577723_Screenshot_20221217-153858_SamsungInternet.thumb.jpg.c420f8002359ef053608c790b1b392db.jpg

Does this look like a blackjack? 

I gave them every bit of info from this and this is what they told me

So to just sum up, i was lied to about a ticket they never created and lied that they cant find anything wrong with this when in my history i see i won a bet on 15 and they see i had a blackjack, great company, hope they dont go broke if they need my 20$ this bad

They're all as bad as each other. Really the only thing you can do that probably still won't protect you, is everytime you gamble, screen record the whole thing. I'm sure they're still find an excuse but at least you can raise it with the casino support if they fob you off. The casino more likely to give you some play credits if you show them recorded proof as they need to retain customers. The providers don't care and if they admit faults then they are admitting they run shoddy software.
