Hi everyone. 😊

There have been a lot of discussions about RTP and how it is calculated so I wanted to see what do you think is RTP and how it is calculated?

I would like to hear what do you think in your own words, not something that you can google but how do you understand what is RTP?

Looking forward hearing from all of you. 😊

It's always baffled me how few people appear to understand the simple highschool math behind gambling in general, RTP and variance.

RTP is the expected return over an infinite number of rounds. If it's below 100% you can never profit long-term. If it's above 100%, congrats, you've found an infinite money glitch!

Hey Rade! Nice to see you active on forum again :)

Some other players did a wonderful job explaining what RTP means, and yes it’s good to remember that this is the return to player rate over a theoretical infinite period of time/bets, therefore if you wager 100$ on a game with 97% rtp, you could in theory expect a return of around 97$ if you were running at an good rate, this is easily misunderstood as some players will say I wagered 100$ on .50 cent spins for example and only won back 40$ out of the 100$ gambled , and wonder where the rest of the return is, this is an incorrect way to view your extremely short term results, and I rarely see the latter where a player will mention hey I did $100 at .50 cent spins and went up 500 units or 250$ , in the end it will always balance itself out if you play long enough, and stake is very generous with the house edge odds, you basically get to enjoy the games over a very long period of time if you choose to do so for a fraction of what you put in if you gamble somewhat appropriately!

Just my small take on it tried to use a few examples in the context of what I normally see players voicing there take/opinion on the subject , wish you all a merry Christmas and as close to 99% RTP as you can achieve in the new year 😛

RTP = Return to Payer. IN theory a slot with an RTP valuation of 97% means every $100 spent, $97 is returned to the player, $3 to the slot/house.

We are told by casinos that RTP is based on billions of spins and that every spin is random so someone could be 110% RTP on a slot while someone else offsets that with 80% RTP. I call bullshit.

In my experience based on my gut slots are based on how much an individual person has put in and also, capped.
