My guess is that they need to level this back to normal. So i`m guessing middle of the month and 20days in january.

I think that the first December monthly was a total waste if were a lower wager account. I was commited to reload 0.03 cents / hour for 12 days straight. I wasnt willing to do that so i lost it.
