I'm not usually one for New years resolutions as I firmly believe that you should be resolute enough to better yourself without a New year as a reason. But much love to everyone, this thread is full of positivity and a nice mindset. Hope you all accomplish what you set out to do this coming year ! 💓

We need more of these wholesome threads on the stake forum !

That one more try is a trap my dear .. because after 1 bet you will ask for more and more and more 🤣

I am thrilled with the amount of responses on this post. I hope everyone achieves their goals. I see a lot of people have a goal of losing weight so here is a little tip, just find a diet you can stick too and consistently workout 3 times a week. It doesn't matter if you just work out for 10 min. in the start, what matters in the beginning is that you are forming a habit. Enjoy the upcoming year everyone, and good luck on your journey :)

Yes this is very correct. Even doing some light workouts do wonders when you are just starting or just getting back. I took a break from training for 2 years and felt really weak when I started again a few months ago. I started doing some pushups, squats and sit-ups every morning and before I go to sleep and I am feeling really good lately !!
