I’m quite sure something messed up with the Russian player database, probably was a promotion for Russian market only and some accounts haven’t filtered correctly through the database, therefore also non-Russian accounts got that email. 
 

That said I’m really happy and appreciate the fact that stake didn’t ask for the bonus back or something else. Hopefully it won’t mess up with other upcoming bonuses.

I’m curious how many non Russian accounts actually claimed it….
