bigcat00090 Posted January 6, 2023 #1 Posted January 6, 2023 I mainly play plinko and BJ with wagers between $0.50-2 (few $4 balls) and $10-$20/hand on BJ. From the start of every deposit I lose around half my balance, gain back to around 75% of my deposit and then the bottom falls out and lose everything. Every. single. time. there is bad luck which I expect every once in a while but this is insanity for the same outcome to happen everytime for months... am I the only one?
Rekan329 Posted January 6, 2023 #2 Posted January 6, 2023 I don't think luck has anything to do with gambling, gambling is a complex mathematical process
Flo90 Posted January 6, 2023 #3 Posted January 6, 2023 maybe you are too greedy and you need to try cashing out sooner? i know you said that you are ALWAYS down, but are you really? i usually go down too from my starting balance, but in like 3 out of 10 deposits I end up winning a bit at start (lets say from 500 to 750). ever since i started cashing out small wins my stats improved a lot or at least stabilized without all these huge swings. maybe this is something you can try. these stats look rough and i cant imagine you can be down so bad with mostly 0,5-2$ balls and low double digit bj hands. either you are really that unlucky or you tilt too fast and end up betting a lot more than you say here. tilting was/is another problem for me and i end up betting way more (or all in) when i lost a few hands in a row on bj. for bj: are you using optimal strategy?
bigcat00090 Posted January 7, 2023 Author #4 Posted January 7, 2023 here is my last $100 deposit... most I was up was $13. is that too greedy?

If I'm down to 10%-20% of my deposit, I usually don't care anymore and tilt, but it's honestly becoming laughable at this point with how bad of a streak I'm on. If I play BJ I always play by the book...probably just need to stay away from plinko lol
