Vaoutlaw Posted February 13, 2023 #1 Posted February 13, 2023 This issue has been solved. I hope stake employees did learn from this situation though and do better next time because this procedure was absolutely unacceptable
Fernando16 Posted February 13, 2023 #2 Posted February 13, 2023 It's not that deep bro, probably a hung transaction in the mempool in which case it needs to bounce back/fail first cause I doubt stake is wasting time doing double spends to bounce transactions. no body is silencing you for $200 and you aren't a martyr for posting it. Take a deep breathe, repeat after me, everything will be okay.
Robyntberry77 Posted February 13, 2023 #3 Posted February 13, 2023 Can’t you pay a fee on mempool or viabtc to either cancel your transaction or speed it up? It’s probably not something that stake can remedy once the transaction is broadcast. Most likely it’s a stuck blockless transaction which is no one’s fault it’s just an unfortunate situation that happens. But copy your trans hash and paste it in viabtc and you should be able to cancel it.

That's the thing the transaction has not been broadcast.. 44 minutes ago, Fernando16 said: It's not that deep bro, probably a hung transaction in the mempool in which case it needs to bounce back/fail first cause I doubt stake is wasting time doing double spends to bounce transactions. no body is silencing you for $200 and you aren't a martyr for posting it. AleksandarZ Posted February 13, 2023 #5 Posted February 13, 2023 Hey @Vaoutlaw As our support already told you. When you placed the withdrawal in question, our wallet was having issues and so your transaction has not been picked up in the mempool yet. Once it does, you will be able to find it on the blockchain and it will credit to where you have sent it to. Please, simply allow it more time and it will credit, rest assured that you will receive those funds.Your funds will be credited 100%.
Dekies12 Posted February 13, 2023 #6 Posted February 13, 2023 Never got problem in withdrawl its really good...

That's what yall have been saying yes but that doesnt tell me anything. I want to know WHEN I don't have a degree in blockchain or crypto studies or nothing but I know enough to know that it still shouldn't take over 8 hours for mempool to sync. Its been 22 hours. I deserve a better answer 32 minutes ago, 7thRebuke said: You just have to wait , bro. Once I experience waited 4 hours for my withdrawal. Nice , that you contacted the Support already.
