About 5-10 hours a day, it depends on my current job though. Fortunately, my current job is almost remote work, therefore not difficulty in spending some time for it. ■Please briefly explain what a moderator's job is. Putting it simply, to maintain the order and the peace in the Japanese chat. ■Why do you want to become a moderator of this chat? There are three specific reasons for this. 1; English skill I used to live in the states and speak English every day at my current job. I believe I'm the right person to be act as a bridge between Stake and the Japanese chat. Versant English Test Score：56/B1 TOEIC：930 2; Management skill I used to work at world leading consulting firm as a manager for managing so many stakeholders which related the projects. By making use of my experience as a manager of the big projects, I will be able to maintain the order and the peace for the Japanese chat. 3; As a neutral position Since I've joined here shortly, I don't have any favoritism for any person in the Japanese chat. A moderator should be a pretty neutral. ■Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? I'm in chat for an average of 6 to 10 hours a day. I think the main job of a moderator is to maintain control so that many people can talk casually, and to stop violating the rules in chat such as begging. I was having fun chatting in Japanese, and I ran for office because I wanted more people to be satisfied as a moderator. I've been muted before. I encourage you to check the chat rules, but sometimes it's hard. The reality is that if the current moderator is absent, nothing can be done. In addition, we have been mediating problems between players for a long time. Since I was a single player with no job title, there were things I couldn't solve. kodack02 Posted March 2 Share #23 Posted March 2 1: kodack02 2:0-10分 現在の日本語チャットはモデレーターの横暴が際立ち、本来の趣旨と外れています。なので私はイベント時以外チャットを見ることは殆どありません。 3:ステークのチャットを対等なユーザー同士でモラルを持った楽しい話し合いのできる場にする事です。 4:私はステークカジノが好きです。全ての要素が他のオンラインカジノの追随を許さないレベルで完成されています。しかしながら、日本語チャットだけは以前よりモデレーターの横暴が目立ち、正直無くなった方が良いとまで考えていましたが、モデレーターを募集するのであれば私が直接良いものに変えられると思ったので応募します。加えて、私自身アフィリエイターとして活動しているのでステークの良い部分が増えればそれだけアフィリエイト活動もしやすくなります。そして最後に、モデレーターとしての収入です。具体的な条件はこちらに記載されていませんが、報酬が発生すると聞き及んでおります。以上3点が理由です。 5:あります。以前イベント時に挨拶をしただけで30日のチャット凍結を受けました。現在のモデレーターは自分とその仲間にRainを投下するために新参者はすぐにBanする非道な方々と日本人ユーザーの多くは考えています。 6:未経験です。 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Communicate effectively with players and maintain moderation and guidelines of chat rules and stake. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Aside from having a long hours spent on Stake which I think I can make it more productive and more useful. Also to be able to maintain a healthy environment for existing old and new players in Stake.
