I had my birthday on March 14 and I didn’t even get my birthday coupon. It’s really ridiculous. I contacted support and they told me they were going to contact the team. I am p3 , active and check 3 .

I had the same issue.. They told they will contact me and 3 days went by and nothing so I politely told them that it is a promised gift  and so on so they finally deposited it to my vault. Im plat II myself

Maybe its in your spam mail or something, I got mine at the same date llwithast week with no issues..

I think lvl 2 verification is required now..,..or may be some glitch auto sending email system... Only support can help and resolve
