I didnot fill in the form cause many awnsers are allready known. Duration of play, game of choice, vip status, country its all known. Even my average betsize , average wager is known. This is for everyone known. I like that there is an intent to improve. But if they really wanned to do that?? Wich i highly doubt. Then why decrease every reward, and increase every requirements . This does not enhance the expierance in Anyways. Kinda did the opposite. Everything so they can later give it back and pet themselfs on the back of they do give it back? Anyways i applaud the intent. But quality is low. My question to you, is it really to make stake great again or do they see a drasticly drop in trully active degenerate gamblers? Do they see the cause affect of secretly tweaking promises? Do they see the general consensus changed. Btw we got the best icecream in italy so if you ever wanne meet a player irl. Im happy to buy you an icecream.

(just as an example) or if you're struggle or having a hard time to deposit/withdraw they need to make it easier to give them ALL your money 😂 You'd better not expect a bonus email, because you filled out the form 😉 Overall nothing special. Like the same surveys you'll get when you order something online and you get the aftersales mail 2 days later

No critical questions asked, of things that should improve / be better. I made many surveys ready for my customers before - but that is just a "show us ur love" survey. Edit: I participated, thats why i let you know - how i feel about this "survey".
