it's not impossible to win with any amount of tickets big or small, but if your playing to achieve VIP levels here, or to acquire raffle tickets etc you will be disappointed. There is usually a couple million raffle tickets, so it's almost like playing a state or provincial lottery and your chances are slim. Streamers and people that receive benefits from Stake aren't eligible to win but some of them have another stake account that are eligible to win those raffles and they put funds on those accounts in one way or another and will acquire far more tickets then you or I giving themselves much better odds.

My personal opinion is that 90% of people who win that 5k from raffle don't really care about that amount.  For comparison with small bet players it's like if you deposit 100$ and at the end of a week had small chance to win 0.50 cents back.
