Before u even answer, let me be the first to say its rigged af. The things that happen in their slot are unreal. Rtp is manupulated. And by the law they can say that they dont do anything because they dont have to prove us...

What separates Stake from most other casinos is the huge amount that is being gambled by sponsored streamers. RTP is game related, not player related. So say if someone hits a 5000x on a slot with a $1000 bet, that slot need to collect. So in theory the slot then need to collect for example 25 000 000 loosing bets on $0.20 to get that back.

In casinos that does not have these kind of house players, the variation will be closer to normal. 

You will not find a FIAT casino where you loose consistant for 6months playing every day.

Why would they even need to rig it? Almost all slots give them 4-7% edge, whilst tables games and Originals have a smaller edge they are still winnings 1%+ every single bet that is placed. They make a small fortune without needing to rig anything, so why would they even risk it?

I don't know much about provider slots but stake originals are legit. Their fairness system and formulas are public, your seed + server seed (hashed) + nonce are public so at any time you could unhash server seed (generating new one) and view your previous and future bets/wins (of that old seed ofc). Stake can't manipulate any seed results. For curiosity i reproduced that fairness system using javascript and that includes all formulas and calculations, then compared my results with stake results and everything matches.. 

So my point is that don't be greedy and play smaller bets. For example that dude above who posted Plinko screenshots... dude you are playing $1+ usd per bet and you made like 5000 bets... did you know that you will need at least like 60000 Plinko balls to hit 1000x ?
